Mascara Mess?

I find that a lot of the time, at least for me anyway, that when I am in a hurry getting ready and putting some make up on, I get smudged spots on my eyelids from applying mascara. It especially stinks when you have put some work into the eyeshadow and it is now all ruined by the smudges. I have a cool tip to share with you guys. I always do this step now when doing my mascara. I, however, did not think this up myself, Michelle Phan on youtube did. She basically explains everything step by step. This technique also helps you apply every single lash with mascara.
